| Customer Reviews: Adequate but not outstanding December 12, 2008 Martine Benjamin (Seattle, WA) All I want is a simple link-up between computer and purse, to give me calendar, contacts, task list and an occasional note. My old iPAQ did fine until it stopped synching up, so I bought a new one, not quite the same model. Easy to install, lost no data--of primary concern--but a glitchy device that fails to charge with the cord linked to the computer and synches and disconnects at what seem random intervals.
Good, but too little memory November 5, 2006 I don´t buy copy protected CD´s!!! 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have had 7 iPAQs with this one. All of them had 64mb ram. What i was thinking when i bought this one... a lot of software does not works with only 32 mb of ram. Forget about playing games, this unit only has 10 mb free after a reset, and all good games needs 20 mb. Buy a Dell Axim instead.
could be a five star...to new to tell March 16, 2006 Susan Robinson (USA) 5 out of 11 found this review helpful
I chose 4 star only b/c I have not treid to send files and all that cool stuff yet so I don't know how well that will work yet. It froze up the first day and I was ready to throw it out the window...however after talking to tech support I was able to resolve the issue with a full reset. It has been working fine since. I have not tried the SD card yet do I can not comment on that either. It took me some time and loads of frustration to master the screenkeyboard but I have it now. Just remember to tap the far right top corner of certain letters etc...such as the "O" and the back space arrow on the top right. Exiting with the "X" OR "OK" is also a far top right tap, very far right. All in all I am enjoying it so far now that I am getting familiar with the sensitivity of it. I will DEFINATLY be buying a portable keyboard for it if I can find one. I have looked everywhere. When I master this unit it should prove to be an awsome little PDA. Thecolor and graphics are great in my opinion. Not alot of memory so invest in a storage card...if anyone knows where I can find accessories plese post here.
